Holiday Rental "Blick Seebrücke" with Balcony in Grömitz Centre / House 2

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Ground-level access is currently not possible because the lift only goes up to the 6th floor due to construction work. Guests must walk up one flight of stairs.

Parking Information: The entrance height to the underground car park is 1.90 m. Due to piping inside the garage, the height is reduced in some areas to 1.70 m. We therefore recommend that you enter with a car no taller than 1.70 cm.

The apartment features a large furnished balcony offering a great view of the Baltic Sea and the pier.

The apartment has a spacious living room equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a stove (ceramic cooktop with touchscreen), coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc., leaves nothing to be desired. After an eventful day of holiday, a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and another single bed (80x200 cm) in a separate bedroom ensure relaxation and peace. Both bedrooms have roller shutters. You’ll love the bright, modern bathroom with a nearly walk-in shower and toilet.

The building has an lift, and a parking space (clearance height 1.90 m) is available to you free of charge. There is also a laundry room in the Grömitz Centre equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Depending on availability, you can store your bicycles in the bike storage room.

Leider fehlt ein Backofen bzw Mikrowelle, aber wenn man sich die Bilder vorher genau anschaut, sieht man dieses auch. Ansonsten, hat Sie uns zu 100% gefallen und wir würden diese wiederbuchen und definitiv empfehlen!

Die Lage mit Meerblick ist natürlich unschlagbar, die Küche ist nicht so toll. Der Wasserhahn macht laute Geräusche und sollte mal getauscht werden, Kaltwasser kommt nur minimal. Da die Küche keinen Bachofen bietet, wäre eine Microwelle mit Grill eine Lösung. Das Bad wurde wohl erst saniert und ist dementsprechend gut. Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung.

Dass es keinen Geschirrspüler gab, fanden wir nicht ganz so schlimm. Angenehm wäre auch eine besser funktionierende Lüftung im Bad.

Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer top. Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle, keine Topflappen. Das Gefrierfach vom Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Balkonmöbel sehr ungemütlich, es fehlt eine Markise oder Sonnenschirm, Frühstück auf dem Balkon war nicht möglich da man in der prallen Sonne saß. Die Wohnung steht bis um 10 Uhr am Abreisetag zur Verfügung, die Reinigungskräfte kamen aber schon um 9:25 ohne klopfen oder klingeln in die Wohnung, das geht gar nicht. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.
