The well-equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances (including a smoothie maker) and a stylish dining area, leaves nothing to be desired for the amateur chef—even on holiday. From the open-concept living-dining area, you have direct access to the south-facing balcony, which invites you to linger in its lounge chairs and offers shade during the afternoon hours. On the same level, you’ll find the nautically themed guest bathroom.

You can access the inviting basement via a staircase inside the apartment. Please note that there are no child safety locks. There you’ll find two tastefully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with, among other things, a large, electrically adjustable box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a safe. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, where—starting in the spring—a cosy beach chair invites you to wind down the evening with a glass of wine. The basement is bright and inviting thanks to its large south-facing window wall. The second bedroom also features a box-spring bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The shower room, decorated in a nautical style, is located on this level. The entire apartment impresses with its stylish furnishings and high-quality character.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. Use of the washing machine and dryer is included in the rental price. A high chair is available for younger guests, and a stair gate ensures their safety.
