From the underground car park, you’ll reach your ground-floor holiday apartment. Now leave your everyday life behind and settle in. Sunlight streaming through the large windows onto the balcony floods the entryway with its coat closet. Feel free to walk through to the covered balcony and open the door. You’ll be treated to a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and can enjoy the slightly salty air. The living area, featuring an open kitchenette and dining space, is perfectly laid out. The living area is cosily furnished with a sofa, chest of drawers, flat-screen TV, and tasteful accessories. Best of all—on cool days, you can gaze out at the sea from the comfort of your sofa. The Brunobett sleeper sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping space (160x200 cm) in just a few simple steps. The box spring technology with durable Nosag springs promises a restful night’s sleep. The kitchenette is fully equipped, so you can cook whatever you’re in the mood for and set the table for a meal right there. The lovely dining area is perfect not only for enjoying a meal but also for fun game nights.

The small interior bedroom is charmingly furnished with a double bed (2x80x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Pleasant natural light streams into the living room through the two lattice windows; roller shades are provided for privacy. After a long walk on the beach—especially in the fall and winter—enjoy a cosy, warm sauna session. You can use the sauna for a fee (it can be heated up to 60 degrees). Directly across from the sauna in the hallway is the modern bathroom with a toilet, shower featuring a SmartActive showerhead with various spray settings, a towel warmer, a mirror cabinet, and a hair dryer.

A shared washing machine and dryer are available to you in the building’s basement for a fee. An underground parking space is reserved for you (maximum clearance height 1.90 m). Bicycles can be stored in the bike room there.
