Individual vacation apartment with terrace & sea view

This cosy 3-room holiday apartment, with a living area of approximately 50 m², can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor of the Ferienpark apartment complex in Sierksdorf and features a furnished terrace and a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is ideal for families or holidays with a dog, just a few steps from the sandy beach and the Baltic Sea.

The living area is cosy and invites you to relax after an eventful day. A dining area provides space for shared meals or game nights. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday rental, as is a TV for evening entertainment.

The property features two separate bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is furnished with a small double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed for two people (each 90 x 200 cm) and is particularly well-suited for children or teenagers. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and is functionally furnished. For longer stays, shared washing machines and dryers are available on the premises (for a fee).

A highlight of the holiday rental is the furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and start or end the day in a relaxed manner. The ocean view creates a true holiday atmosphere in every season.

Children and babies are welcome; a high chair is provided. Pets are also welcome—up to two dogs are allowed.
You’re welcome to rent bed linens and towels for a fee or, alternatively, bring your own.
The holiday rental is a smoke-free property. A free parking space is available right at the property.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

The holiday rental is situated in an attractive location on the Bay of Lübeck and is perfect for anyone looking to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea. Walks along the beach, excursions in the surrounding area, or relaxing hours on the terrace make this holiday rental an ideal retreat.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
