A first-class holiday home! Located in the “Im Kirschgarten” residential complex, this stylish 3-room holiday apartment features a large south-facing terrace and a small garden. With a living area of approximately 70 m², up to 4 people can relax comfortably here.

The apartment features a spacious living/dining area with a wood-burning stove. Entertainment is provided by Ultra HD satellite TV, a Blu-ray player, a stereo system with a CD player, free Wi-Fi, as well as books, DVDs, CDs, and board games. The adjacent, open-concept kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, hand blender, coffee maker, and more. Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds and wardrobes. The large bedroom (bed size 180x200 cm) has an additional TV; in the small bedroom, the bed size is approximately 160x200 cm. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and sauna offers warmth and relaxation even on colder days—a washing machine and dryer are available here. Underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth throughout the apartment. Fly screens are installed on all windows and exterior doors.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car. You can store your bicycles in the separate storage room (with an electrical socket) in front of the building entrance. Barbecuing is permitted only with an electric or gas grill. There is no grill in the apartment.

This holiday rental is accessible without barriers; the shower is walk-in, and the threshold to the patio is approximately 5 cm high.
