This cosy, modern 3-room holiday apartment with its own sauna is centrally located and close to the beach. With approximately 81 m² of living space spread over 2 floors, there is plenty of room for up to 4 people.

Straight ahead through the bright and inviting hallway with a coat closet, you’ll reach the heart of this apartment: the combined living and dining area with access to the large, partially covered balcony facing southwest. In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sofa (sleeping area 140x200 cm), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. Nothing stands in the way of relaxing evenings here! The adjacent, open kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to enjoy meals together at the round dining table. The separate bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) is furnished with a wardrobe and a TV. On this level, you’ll find a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. In the basement, another room serves as a quiet retreat, complete with a sofa, closet, and TV. A spacious bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, as well as a private sauna (1€ / 20 minutes) and an adjoining relaxation room with cosy rocking chairs, also await you in the basement.

An outdoor parking space (dimensions: approx. 2.5 m x 5.2 m) is reserved for you. A washing machine is available for your personal use. A high chair, a travel cot, and a stair gate are also included as part of the basic amenities.

A dedicated EV charging station (Type 2 / 11 kW) is available for your electric car. Payment is made either via your own e-Charge card or a QR code on the charging station (downloadable app).

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to join you for an additional fee.
