Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Starting September 9, 2026, roofing work will take place at the Plaza in the Belvedere in Grömitz for approximately 4 weeks, which may cause occasional noise disturbances.

Final work is still underway at the new Dünenpark Grömitz behind the dike along the promenade; this is expected to be completed by the 2026 season.
Here and there, the final phase will still cause some visual disruptions. However, you can already look forward to a dune landscape with a newly designed promenade and numerous entertainment options.

The modern 43-inch flat-screen TV provides entertainment. A definite highlight is the covered, furnished balcony with a side view of the sea (seasonal). How about a welcome drink here? The kitchen, which opens onto the living area and includes a dishwasher, offers all the amenities you need to make self-catering on holiday easy. For overnight stays, there’s a comfortable sleeper sofa (approx. 170x200 cm) in the living area. You’ll also find a cosy double bed (2x 90x200 cm). The en-suite bathroom with shower promises a great start to the next day.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. There’s space for your bicycles in the shared bike storage room. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee. Wi-Fi is included.
