Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Current Notice: Starting September 9, 2026, roofing work will take place at the Plaza in the Belvedere in Grömitz for approximately 4 weeks, which may cause occasional noise disturbances.

Final work is still underway at the new Dünenpark Grömitz behind the dike along the promenade; this is expected to be completed by the 2026 season.
Here and there, the final phase will still cause some visual disruptions. However, you can already look forward to a dune landscape with a newly designed promenade and numerous entertainment options.

The holiday rental, aptly named “Ostseezauber” (Baltic Sea Magic), is located in the well-maintained Belvedere holiday apartment complex. Come on in and make yourself comfortable in the tastefully furnished living area—or enjoy your time off on the covered, furnished balcony. As you gaze out at the sea, you can leave your everyday life behind for a while and start planning various excursions along the coast. The modern 43-inch flat-screen TV in the living area provides entertainment. For self-catering, you’ll have access to the well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living area and includes a dishwasher. After an eventful day of holiday, you’ll find a good night’s rest on the comfortable sofa bed (170x200 cm) in the living room or in the double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the bedroom. There’s also an additional TV here. The en-suite bathroom features a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a towel warmer.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in the shared bicycle storage room—which includes an e-bike charging station. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is included in this offer.
