Look forward to this charming holiday home in a quiet location, just a few minutes’ walk from Scharbeutz’s wonderful sandy beach. Here, you can enjoy your holiday with up to 4 people and one dog in 69 m² of living space.

This lovingly furnished holiday home features a modern kitchen with a 4-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker (capsule & filter), refrigerator, and a separate freezer. A combination oven with both oven and microwave functions is also available for preparing hot meals. The seamless transition from the kitchen to the light-filled living and dining area is complemented by a fireplace that invites you to spend cosy hours with your loved ones. In addition, the living area is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker that you can easily connect to your mobile device and a smart TV. Directly adjacent to the living area is a large, partially covered wooden deck. From here, you can access the large, mature, and secluded garden. The first bedroom features a spacious closet and sleeping arrangements for two people in two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), which can be placed side by side or separately, as desired. The second bedroom features two additional single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), as well as a chest of drawers for your holiday wardrobe. Your holiday in this holiday home is complemented by a haven of comfort consisting of a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as an additional bathroom equipped with a sink and toilet. All windows in this holiday home are equipped with privacy screens, consisting of roller shades or curtains.

Two outdoor parking spaces (450 x 220 cm) are available for your use. Please note that the driveway is 240 cm wide.
