This inviting holiday home in Grömitz, just 900 metres from the beach, offers the perfect retreat for your Baltic Sea holiday. The bright living area, featuring a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV (including Magenta TV, RTL+, and Netflix), and a cosy sofa, invites you to relax. Large windows open onto the terrace and the fenced-in garden—ideal for outdoor meals or sunbathing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker. The dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and social evenings. The house has three bedrooms: two are furnished with double beds, and the third bedroom features a bunk bed and a single bed—ideal for children or additional guests. All bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, shower, heated floors, and a hair dryer. One also features a bathtub. A high chair can be provided upon request.

Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you. You can securely store your bicycles in the bike rack in the garden. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Wi-Fi is included.

A wallbox for charging your electric car is available for a daily flat fee. The flat rate can only be booked for the entire stay. You’ll receive the card at the rental office in exchange for a deposit.
