"Traumhaftes Fehmarn" Holiday Rental with Balcony on Fehmarn

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Landkirchener Weg 1, 23769 Fehmarn.

A gorgeous 2-room holiday rental on the 2nd floor with approx. 50 m² of living space for up to 2 people, located right next to the south beach in the village of Neue Tiefe.

From the southwest-facing balcony and also from inside the apartment, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Burger Binnensee, Burgstaaken Harbour, and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The apartment is high-quality, featuring underfloor heating and electric roller shutters, and the space has been utilised perfectly so you can fully enjoy your holiday on the Baltic Sea. The cosy living room features a sofa area with a TV and a dining area by the window. The open-concept kitchen is high-quality and modern, offering many extras. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), and the floor-to-ceiling window is fitted with an insect screen. The shower room has light-colored tile flooring and a towel warmer.

A free carport is available for your car. There is also a lockable storage area for bicycles you bring with you. A washing machine is available on-site. Internet access is not available in this accommodation.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Wir waren über die Osterfeiertage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist einfach super. Von dem

Wir waren über die Osterfeiertage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist einfach super. Von dem schönen Balkon hat man Blick auf die Fehmarnsundbrücke und die Ostsee. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Rad am Südstrand in Burg oder in Burgstaaken. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Juli haben wir die Wohnung wieder gebucht. Einzig das Bett war für unser empfinden zu hart, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Einen Punktabzug in der Ausstattung gibt es für das fehlende WLAN und den sehr kleinen Fernseher. Dass die Wohnung kein WLAN hat wussten wir und hat uns nicht gestört. Allerdings empfinden wir das heutzutage nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Den Service haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, daher gibt es hierfür nur einen Punkt, da man sonst aus der Bewertung nicht rauskommt.

Ich war ein paar Tage mit meiner Mutter auf Fehmarn. Zu Beginn und zum Ende hat sie betont, ich war noch nie in einer solch sauberen Ferienwohnung! Auch die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, die Lage passend für tägliche Ausflüge und abends den Meerblick. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Burg (Restaurants. Shops, Supermärkte) oder am Südstrand (Bummeln, Strand).

Uns haben leider viele Dinge gefehlt, die für uns selbstverständlich sein sollten. Es wird ein Backofen angeboten dann sollten Topflappen zur Verfügung stehen. Es wird eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt dann sollte auch ein Wäscheständer da sein. Außerdem hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass es Küchenpapier gegeben hätte und das die Wohnung etwas besser eingerichtet wäre. Zum schlafen war die Wohnung ausreichend allerdings bei schlecht Wetter ziemlich langweilig. Ein größerer Fernseher wäre angebracht und das es in der Wohnung WLAN gibt. Man musste sich zu viel selbst mitbringen.
