Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town centre are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

A private staircase leads to this bright and welcoming holiday home. The spacious living room is tastefully furnished in a modern Nordic style. You can relax on the couch, which converts into a sleeper sofa (160 cm wide, exceptionally comfortable) at night. A flat-screen TV with satellite connection provides entertainment, as do the stereo system with CD player and the DVD player. The open kitchen with a cooking island is well-equipped. Cooking is a pleasure thanks to a 6-burner ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A dining table between the kitchen and the terrace is the perfect spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning and for relaxing in the evening after wonderful excursions along the Baltic Sea. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe, and another flat-screen TV. The bathroom features fresh, modern decor and boasts a large rain shower.

A parking space in front of the building is reserved for you. There is an outdoor storage area for any bicycles you bring with you.
