Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

This lovingly furnished 5-room attic apartment on the 4th floor, spread over two levels, offers cozy accommodations for 8 people.

The apartment features hardwood floors throughout. The two spacious bathrooms—one with a bathtub, the other with a shower—are fresh, bright, and modern. The modern open-concept kitchen is perfect for cooking together. A charming counter for a “quick coffee” separates the well-equipped kitchen from the dining area. A high chair is available for young guests. With breakfast overlooking the Baltic Sea, the day begins on a relaxing note. The tastefully furnished living room opens onto a balcony with lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing and watching the passing sailboats and cruise ships. A pair of binoculars is provided for this purpose. On cool evenings, the fireplace adds even more coziness. The four bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room) in the attic feature convertible windows with an exit. You can even enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea from the double beds. The large bedroom on the lower floor (also furnished with a double bed) features a second TV and another small balcony, and from here, too, you’ll have a magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea.

The “Traumblick” duplex vacation apartment is centrally located in the heart of Laboe, so you can reach various bakeries, other shops, and the harbor with its restaurants and bars in just a few steps.

You’ll need to park your car in a public parking space. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.
