Stylishly furnished, approx. 80 m² 3-room holiday apartment on the mezzanine level for up to 4 people in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea resort of Laboe.

Look forward to a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday! You’ll feel right at home the moment you step into this light-filled apartment. From the living room, with its cosy sitting and dining areas, you’ll have a direct view of the sea through the large windows. The spacious terrace offers plenty of room to relax. The separate, modern kitchen with built-in appliances and an additional dining area is very well-equipped and offers all the amenities you need for self-catering. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with a single bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (2x 80x200 cm). The comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower has natural light.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available for your use on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions. If you’d rather relax in the garden, beach chairs are also available there.

Would you like to travel with family or friends? Ideally, we’ll also rent out the neighbouring apartment, Alvine. The holiday apartments can also be used together via a connecting door. We’ll be happy to open this door if needed. Feel free to contact us!

A parking space at the house is reserved for you. A washing machine is available in the building’s basement. This is to be shared with the neighbouring apartment, Alvine.

You can use a wallbox on-site to charge your electric car for a fee.

Laboe, affectionately known as the “sunny side” of the Kiel Fjord, offers its visitors a unique maritime experience. The town’s landmark, the imposing Naval Memorial, is not only a memorial but also a lookout point with a breathtaking view across the Kiel Fjord. Right on the beach, you’ll find other highlights such as the historic submarine U-995. The fine-sand beach and the nearby harbour offer perfect conditions for relaxing days by the sea and exciting excursions on the water. Laboe perfectly combines nature, culture, and relaxation.
