Den Balkon hätte ich auch gerne bei mir zuhause - einschließlich der tollen Aussicht. Lage direkt am Strand ist schön. Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung, aber die Schlafcouch fällt allmählich auseinander, ist seit letztem Jahr noch nicht repariert worden. Den "Zierschrank" und das Regal in der Wohnzimmerecke sollte man entfernen, dann wäre vielleicht mehr Platz für die beiden Sessel. Die Dusche hat recht wenig Wasserdruck und der Deckel des Spülkastens lässt sich nicht richtig schließen. Laboe hat immer noch einen schönen Strand und tolle Lage, aber in den 25 Jahren, die wir dort schon Urlaub machen, leider nachgelassen. Schwimmhalle und Trampolinpark sind nicht mehr da, dafür jede Menge Auto- und Motorradposer auf der Strandstraße, die gerne mehr Lärm machen als notwendig. Die Zahl der Kinder ist rückläufig, dafür gibt es gefühlt wesentlich mehr Hunde, auch am Kurstrand. Immer mehr der alten Häuser verschwinden und werden durch Wohnblocks ersetzt. Nahversorgung ist gut, es gibt Ärzte und Apotheke, Supermärkte, Drogerien und Bäcker. Verkehrsanbindung nach Kiel und in die Umgebung ist dank Bussen und Fähre sehr gut. Freizeitangebot ist gut, auch bei Regen.
