The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and other kitchen appliances are at your disposal. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights—one is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. A high chair is also available. The bathroom features a shower with a tub (shower pan), toilet, sink, hair dryer, and underfloor heating for added comfort.

A parking space in the underground garage-style carport is reserved for you. You can store your bicycles safely in the private bicycle storage room. A private washing machine is available for washing your holiday clothes.
