Holiday Apartment 'A' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment has two separate bedrooms and a total of three rooms, including a living/dining kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. The accommodation offers four beds and is located on the second floor. Amenities include a balcony with garden view, bed linen, ironing facilities, mosquito net, smoke detector, cleaning products, carpeted floor and Wi-Fi in the room. Pets are not allowed in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, sink, freezer, toaster, kettle, dining table and kitchen utensils. Entertainment is provided by CD player, radio, satellite TV and TV. The living area is 54 sqm. Free parking and e-charging (available for a fee) are directly at the house. Bicycles can be safely stored and charged for free.

Our small but comfortable apartment offers space for two to four people in 42 m². The cozy living-bedroom features a double bed, a couch area with TV, and a radio. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a separate bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen with dining area is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave.



Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided and will be changed if necessary. Cleaning products and soap are available for the bathroom and kitchen. A crib and high chair can be provided upon request.



The apartment can be occupied from 16:00 on the day of arrival, or earlier by prior arrangement.
