Die FW ist geräumig und sehr schön. Sehr sauber sowie gut und praktisch eingerichtet. Der große Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick zur Ostsee. Allerdings muss man bei der Buchung wissen, dass die Thiessower Straße sehr belebt ist. Dennoch ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen. Der Lärm auf der vorbeiführenden Straße war besonders in den zeitigen Morgenstunden manchmal lästig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Der Bestand an Gläsern (von jeder Art nur zwei Stück) ist für vier mögliche Gäste nicht ausreichend. Gäste, die auch einmal eine Flasche Wein öffnen wollen, sollten einen Korkenzieher mitbringen. Die Tiefgarage ist äußerst eng. Bei voller Belegung, womöglich noch mit größeren Autos, wird es sicherlich Probleme geben.
