Located in the heart of Småland, Haus Dala is a charming and lovingly restored red-and-white Swedish house from the 19th century. With an area of approximately 78 m², it features a cozy living room with a limited ceiling height of 1.95 m, exposed beams, an open fireplace, SAT-TV with German programs, and an integrated dining area. Adjacent to this is a small reading room equipped with a 1.40 m wide double sofa bed, and a compact kitchen with an induction stove, microwave with oven function, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, all situated on the ground floor. An original steep staircase leads to the upper floor, featuring a bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a children's alcove. The house includes warm and cold water, as well as a shower room with WC. Guests also have access to garden furniture and a charcoal grill.

In the heart of Småland, Haus Dala is located in a serene setting surrounded by fields and meadows, just 800 meters from a small sandy beach at Lake Hjortesjön, ideal for fishing and swimming.
