The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dining table. The bright living room features a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, and a sofa bed for two. A double bedroom and a loft with two mattresses provide additional sleeping space. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and washing machine, while central heating and air conditioning ensure comfort. Please note that smoking is prohibited and pets are not permitted. Linen and towels can be rented for 10 EUR per person. Cleaning is included in the rental price, and the minimum stay is one week with flexible arrival and departure days.
