We booked this property as we had a large family to accommodate of varying ages. The property suited our needs with large swimming pool and ensuite rooms. There was also downstairs bedrooms (not ensuite but had a bathroom). The bedrooms and living spaces met our needs. Outdoor spaces were good with a great play area for the children and a well secured swimming pool area. It wasnt walking distance to anyting but was a quiet location with easy access by car to Beaumont for markets and food shopping (10 mins) and Saint Avit Senieur (5 minutes) for restaurants. The Dordogne river was about half an hour away. We enjoyed our stay, our only negative about the propert is that it was dated and decor was a little old fashioned. The hosts were very responsive when something happened with the swimming pool pump and had it fixed very quickly. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Parfait

Rien à redire, tout était parfait, maison, terrasses, et une piscine immense. Accueil chaleureux avec des boissons au frais (encore merci). A part les moustiques, très présents cette année (mais visiblement c´était général dans la région), nous n'avons pas de point négatif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons apprécié les grands espaces de cet ancien hôtel. Deco rétro et espace extérieur gigantesque. Très appréciable pour un groupe assez nombreux comme le notre (19). Espaces extérieurs en commun : jardin, jeux d’enfants et piscine ; non précisé dans l’annonce mais suffisamment grand pour tous les gîtes... hôte très accueillante et arrangeante.. super situation. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

L'hébergement parfait pour découvrir une région très riche

Avec plusieurs amis (20 personnes, avec les enfants), nous avons passé une semaine à Saint-Avit en aout 2019. Le gite était parfaitement adapté à un groupe de cette taille : beaucoup de chambres, chacune avec salle de bains et toilette. Grand salon. Les espaces extérieurs sont géniaux - beaucoup de jeux (toboggan, balançoire, etc.) et très bel espace piscine (qui est également très bien sécurisé). La région est très dense en termes d'activités - culturelles, gastronomiques et / ou sportives. Les propriétaires se sont également montrés très disponibles et arrangeants. Ils ont été de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région. Très bonne option pour découvrir la région, ou se reposer

Très agréables!

Très belle bâtisse, plusieurs gites dont un très grand idéal pour les groupes ou familles. Avons particulièrement apprécié les salles de bain dans chaque chambre. La grande piscine ainsi que les espaces communs permettent à chacun de garder ses aises. L accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité des propriétaires nous ont bien fait commencer nos vacances!

Très belle maison traditionnel de campagne

Très grande propriété divisée en plusieurs locations de taille différente. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La propriétaire très gentille et disponible nous a donné des excellents conseils pour profiter de nos vacances en Dordogne. Suite à une annulation elle nous a même donné pour le même prix une location plus grande que celle réservée. L'endroit est très calme, à 2 km de la très belle abbaye de Saint Avit Senieur. La piscine qui était l'ancienne piscine communale est très grande et les enfants on en pleinement profité. Nous n'avions jamais été en Dordogne et nous avons été enchantés par les lieux.
