Welcome to Holiday Rental No. 07, an ideal retreat for families and active travellers, located in the picturesque surroundings of Mönchgut on Rügen. This spacious accommodation offers 85 m² of living space and spans two floors, allowing you to experience the perfect blend of modern comfort and North German cosiness.
The holiday rental features a total of five rooms, accommodating up to six people. With four bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for the whole family or a group of friends. The bedrooms are designed to create a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for restful nights after an exciting day at the beach or exploring the area. The two bathrooms, each with a shower, offer you not only privacy but also the necessary comfort during your stay.
A special highlight of Holiday Rental No. 07 is the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the beautiful view. The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is perfect for cooking together in the evenings. Here you’ll find everything you need to fulfil your culinary desires: from a ceramic cooktop and an oven to a dishwasher. After a long day outdoors or at the beach, you can sit back and relax in the living room with its comfortable armchairs and sofa, or watch one of the four TVs.
In addition, the accommodation offers Wi-Fi so you can stay in touch with friends and family during your stay or stream your favourite shows.

Rex Rugia Beach Resort, House 17, is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Lobbe and is nestled within an approximately 85,000 m² park-like grounds featuring expansive green spaces. The building, newly constructed in 2025 in the North German style, blends harmoniously into the quiet, natural surroundings.

House 17 features modern and comfortably furnished apartments with two, three, or four rooms. All units feature a balcony or terrace, offering ideal conditions for a relaxing stay near the Baltic Sea.

From April through the end of October, beach chairs are available right on the beach and can be reserved—subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please note that only a limited number are available.

The unspoiled, fine-sand beach stretches for about ten kilometres from Göhren to Thiessow. House 17 is located nearly in the centre of this stretch of coastline. A narrow, wooded belt of dunes separates the house from the beach, which is easily accessible via a wide footpath.

Its location in the heart of Mönchgut makes House 17 an ideal starting point for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Gentle hills, vast meadows, sheltered Bodden landscapes, and well-developed hiking and biking trails characterise this particularly unspoiled region of the island of Rügen. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, wide-open spaces, and an authentic island atmosphere.
