Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt in vielen Bereichen: Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit und der Service sind

Die Ferienwohnung überzeugt in vielen Bereichen: Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit und der Service sind insgesamt sehr gut und von uns mit 4 Sternen bewertet worden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Leider gibt es jedoch einen entscheidenden Punkt, weshalb wir die Wohnung nicht uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können, zumindest nicht für die kältere Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr feucht: Morgens sind die Fenster teilweise bis oben hin stark mit Wassertropfen beschlagen, was den Eindruck eines „Aquariums“ hinterlässt. Zudem zeigen sich Schimmelbildung an den unteren Bereichen der Fenstertüren sowie in den Fensterfugen. Auch das Badezimmer ist trotz funktionierender Heizung dauerhaft kalt, was auf eine unzureichende Isolierung schließen lässt. Gerade im Winter bei feuchtem, kaltem Wetter ist das leider sehr unangenehm. Für den Sommer können wir uns die Wohnung durchaus als schöne Unterkunft vorstellen. Für Aufenthalte im Winter oder in der kälteren Jahreszeit würden wir sie jedoch nicht empfehlen, da das Raumklima den Wohnkomfort deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Wir waren wieder mit ihrem Service zufrieden. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen möchten wir ihnen aber noch mitteilen. Unsere Unterkunft hat bei unserer Ankunft stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und die Geschirrspülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal, kurze Wege zum Strand, zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den vielen Restaurants. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und nicht überladen. Gut, dass man seine Fahrräder unterstellen kann. Wir sind mit Allem rundum zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.
