Brand New 'Ca Du Drea' Apartment with Balcony, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The apartment is located in the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is ideal for short stays with respect for the area and its natural resources.



Check-in: Check-in is strictly from 4:00 pm. Early check-in cannot be requested independently; any availability for early arrival will be assessed and communicated only by the property within 24 hours before arrival. If you do not receive communication, check-in is at 4:00 pm. Arrivals after 9:00 pm are subject to a late check-in surcharge, available for an extra fee. Documented flight or train delays are exceptions. Self check-in is not available.



Amenities: The apartment does not have a dishwasher.



Sleeping arrangements: 4 guests = 2 double beds ready. 5 guests = the 5th bed is automatically added. If you are 4 but want the single bed, please let me know when you book.



Respect for resources: We care about environmental sustainability. Please avoid wasting water and do not keep the air conditioners at extreme temperatures with windows open. The washing machine is available for normal use during your stay (one wash cycle per day). Thank you for your cooperation and attention to water and energy consumption. Please read all information carefully before booking.



IMPORTANT – RESPECT REQUIRED

As the owner, I expect polite and courteous communication, as I offer to all my guests. Any aggressive, rude, or disrespectful behavior will NOT be tolerated. In such cases, I will immediately contact the authorities. The guest will be asked to leave and the booking will be canceled according to current policies.



Rude guests are not welcome in my home.
