Located in Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, La Maison de Léandre – Médoc is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. This spacious 150 m² property accommodates 6 people and features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a dedicated children's area with books and toys.



For your comfort and leisure, the house offers air conditioning, a washing machine, a ping-pong table, and a pool table. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The accommodation is not equipped with Wi-Fi.



Outside, you can enjoy a private oasis with a heated pool, garden, and barbecue—ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. Pool and beach towels are not included.



The house is 25 minutes from the beaches, 1h30 from Bordeaux, the Dune du Pilat, and Arcachon, and close to the famous wine route. The Brion archaeological site is just a 5-minute walk away.
