About this property
Your temporary home awaits you in the realm of the legendary Harz Mountains
Please keep in mind: We're not yet where we want to be with our vacation apartment. We would have liked to have completely designed the garden first, offered a patio roof, and added a WPC terrace.
Some things just take much more time, like the garden.
We want to start now, just as it has become. We want to give people like you a pleasant stay in our vacation apartment in the basement of Lüttger Weg 26 in Wolfshagen. We offer you a comfortable stay in an 82 m² apartment with a separate entrance, free Wi-Fi, and free use of a travel cot, high chair, and many other things children need.
Welcome to the tour!
You enter the house into a hallway with a custom coat rack, a shoe bench, and a mirror.
In the utility room, you'll find cushions in the upper closet if you prefer a softer seat on the dining area chairs. You'll also find an iron and clothespins there.
The travel cot and its mattress are located in the closet below. Please bring your own bedding for your little ones for hygiene reasons.
A highchair, which can also be used outdoors, is also located there, as is an ironing board and the vacuum cleaner.
Step into the hallway. A sheesam dining table with six designer "Sinus" chairs by Karl Friedrich Förster awaits you. Enjoy your meals there, spend hours chatting, or play games.
To the right is the living room. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofa area, watch Smart TV, listen to music from the stereo (also suitable for cassette fans!), and find something to read on the bookshelf.
Books for all ages are available, and the wall unit's cabinet contains numerous games for all ages. There, in the glass cabinet, you'll also find white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, and other glasses.
The drawers contain additional placemats, tablecloths (if you like), napkins, candles, and tealights (please only light them under supervision!).
A floor lamp with dimmable light makes the evenings cozy. The headrests on the sofa area are adjustable; make yourself comfortable with blankets and pillows.
Now we move on to the kitchen. Well-equipped, it offers a small table with three chairs for breakfast in a small group or for preparing a meal.
A stove with an oven and ceramic hob, a sink, a dishwasher, a microwave, a built-in refrigerator with an 18-liter freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, a hand mixer, an immersion blender, a waffle iron, a sandwich maker, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, coffee filter bags, and a talking single-serve kettle are available.
There are also warming jugs and a teapot.
For younger guests, there is children's cutlery and crockery.
In the coffee bar, you will find a Tassimo and Senseo machine, as well as a French press.
Coffee, coffee pods, and other items to start your vacation.
Some teas are in the cupboard next to the glasses and cups.
In addition to a good selection of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, we also offer a selection of spices for use at your own risk.
Dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, special salt, and some cleaning products can be found in the upper cabinet above the refrigerator.
The bathroom features a large towel radiator that also serves as a towel dryer, a small bathtub with a shower enclosure, and a mineralized shower head that makes the water pleasantly soft. A sink, a toilet with a soft-close lid, a cosmetics bin, a vanity mirror, a mirrored cabinet, a bathroom shelf for your toiletry bags, towel hooks, a hairdryer, and a footstool for younger guests round out the amenities, as do toilet paper for the starter and hand soap in the soap dispenser.
For the little ones, a toilet seat and potty are in the storage room next to the bathroom. There are also buckets, mops, a hand brush, and a dustpan, as well as containers for paper and the yellow waste bin, which must be emptied before departure.
And there's also something important: a hot water bottle!
The first bedroom is furnished with a solid beech bed, measuring 180 x 200 cm. Two mattresses from bed 1 on 44-slatted FMP slatted frames will hopefully ensure a good and restful sleep. A wardrobe for your clothes is provided, bedside rugs, bedside tables with reading lamps by Briloner and two designer chairs "Twist" by Karl Friedrich Förster complete the bedroom, as do blackout pleated blinds in front of the windows and blackout curtains.
A highlight awaits you in the second bedroom: a bunk bed measuring 140 x 200 cm on the lower level and 90 x 200 cm on the upper level. A cozy "cave" for cuddling, reading aloud, and relaxing.
This child-friendly room includes a wardrobe, a trolley, a bedside table with an alarm clock and reading lamp, a clip-on light for the upper bunk, and a rug with typical Harz forest animals. Blackout pleated blinds ensure restful sleep.
From the living room, you enter the terrace, where you can relax on the polyrattan furniture. The garden is shared with our tenants, who own the play equipment and it is not available to guests.
A parasol and stand are available in the garden shed, where you can also store up to two bicycles, rainproof and secure (as it is lockable).
We wish you relaxing and eventful hours in your temporary home and exploring the diversity of the surrounding area.
