The loft (70 square metres / 750 square feet) is within walking distance of the East Side Gallery, Badeschiff, Oberbaumbrücke, Mercedes-Benz Arena, East Side Mall, Sprengelkiez, and the U1 subway line, and is a 5-minute drive from Alexanderplatz and the TV Tower.
The accommodation is ideal for couples, singles, and business travellers. The loft is centrally located yet quiet, situated in the courtyard of the old jam factory. It’s only 20 m to the second terrace.

The accommodation is suitable for couples, singles, and business travellers. The loft is centrally located, yet in a quiet courtyard of the old marmalade factory. It’s only 20 metres to a second terrace.

The living and sleeping areas feature wooden floors. In addition to the design, I’ve focused on creating particularly well-lit spaces in the loft. The bed measures 200x160 cm and features a comfortable mattress and a viscoelastic foam pad. The couch can also be used as a bed. For a restful sleep, the windows can be easily darkened. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven at counter height, a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop, a powerful juicer, a blender, a sandwich toaster, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. The bathroom features a bathtub and a shower.
Netflix and Amazon Prime are available; the sound system can be connected via smartphone, laptop, or tablet with up to 250.000 Mbit internet, and 5.1-band Wi-Fi is available. And if the weather turns bad, you can enjoy a 65-inch TV and radio entertainment package.
Overall, the loft is furnished to a higher-than-average standard with high-quality furnishings.

The balcony can be used for sitting and smoking.
Smoking and partying are not permitted inside the loft.
Any damage must be reimbursed.
No unauthorised persons or visitors allowed.
