In the heart of Ahlbeck, the "Alte Düne" and "Alter Anker" holiday homes welcome you to a quiet complex. The two double-family homes each feature two living units, each with 3 bedrooms. The spacious accommodation, spread over two levels and designed for 6 people, are stylishly and elegantly furnished, instantly creating a cosy holiday atmosphere—especially during morning breakfast on the terrace.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the lively town centre with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. From here, you can quickly reach the Ahlbeck pier, the seaside resort’s famous landmark. The promenade and the beach are about 350 metres away.
Please note that there is no place to store bicycles. Bicycles can only be parked in the car parking space.

This modern, high-quality 4-room half of a house spans two levels with its 98 square metres and 4 rooms. All rooms are tastefully designed with great attention to detail. Up to 6 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday here in comfort. On the ground floor, the kitchen-dining area invites you to cook and enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, etc. You’ll enjoy lingering a while in the adjacent, cosy dining area. A few steps down lead to the open living area with a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV. From here, you can step out onto the furnished terrace, which faces south and promises plenty of sunshine.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The box-spring bed with separate mattresses (160 and 180 x 200) and the option to black out the room ensure a restful night’s sleep. There is ample closet space. The spacious bathroom with a window features a bathtub, a shower, and a sink/toilet.
The two equally spacious bedrooms on the upper floor offer the same level of comfort. All bedrooms are equipped with an additional TV. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sink/toilet.
