About this property
North Captiva Point House - Boat/Water Taxi Only **NEWLY RENOVATED **
****This property can only be accessed by boat or water taxi.****
The North Captiva Point House was built by Barnacle Phil and his wife Roberta Kinsey, in 1981. A true classic Florida beach house, it features great room with full kitchen, separate 'bunk house' and wide porches on all sides. Standing on a private peninsula at the entrance to Safety Harbor, every direction offers a spectacular view of the harbor, Pine Island Sound, Captiva Pass and beyond. Views to the east offer the rising sun or moon in breathtaking vistas. White sandy beaches skirt the buttonwoood and sea grape grove that surrounds the house. A private, protected deep water dock provides boats a safe berth. Outstanding fishing, birding and swimming are a given. In the still of the night, dolphin can be heard 'breathing' as they round the point in search of mullet, snapper and other food.
There simply is nothing else like it.
This property can only be accessed by boat or water taxi. The property does not come with a golf cart.
