An 8-person hot tub perched in the 289 sq ft treehouse deck with no-see-um screens provides unparalleled views of the water. Outdoor shower, keyless entry, washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board, towels/linens, hair dryers.
The lower-level apartment has separate entrance, with beautiful mosaic flooring kitchenette with coffe maker , mini fridge , microwave , 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, Living room area.
Main floor (2nd floor) has 2 bedrooms, living room with pull out sofa bed and dining room
Each living room equipped with smartTV/Roku. (no cable) Netflix and Complimentary WIFI.
Open kitchen located on main floor is fully equipped with oven, microwave, several coffe makers regular coffee, expreso and Keurig, toaster, ninja blender, crockpot, dishware/flatware, basic cooking essentials, pull-out pantry & drawers, solid surface countertops.
On the main floor:
Master bedroom has King sized bed and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 has bunk bed with a full-size mattress on top and a fold out futon on the bottom.
Relax in the hammock under the treehouse deck or stretch out on the private beach area.
Bbq grill on patio downstairs
Have a relaxing meal on the outside deck.
The short canal leads directly into Pine Island Sound and in 10 minutes by boat you are in the Gulf or enjoying the shell filled beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva, Cayo Costa or Fort Myers beach. Life here includes pristine beaches, world class fishing and incredible native wildlife all are sure to enjoy. Home is located close to marina to make fueling up the boat a breeze. Soak in the stunning sunset views!
Bring your own boat or rent one in the marina nearby to be out to the Gulf of Mexico within minutes otherwise beach is a 45 minute drive away.
Restaurants and live music are a short car ride, bike or golf cart ride away.

I enjoy hosting this home because this is my dream home, dream location . Everything about the area is so calm relaxing. Hosting allows others to enjoy the home the same way I do . My favorite thing to do is have my morning coffee sitting out by the deck looking at the water.
