Was totally charming. We did not realize it is treated as a hotel room with full service. We were in a house to be on our own, so did not want services. We did use the hotel and everyone there was wonderful, friendly and efficient.Were surprised when told the added 500 a night with refund of what was not used. Not a problem just did not know in advance.Would suggest putting a broom and dustpan in house as we spent time trying to clean up little messes with damp paper towels. We are all careful but crumbs do fall.Over all an excellent experience and would stay there again.

The property was simply beautiful and the villa was lovely! It fit our families needs for our granddaughters birthday and felt like a home away from home. We would definitely return!!!

Overall great experiencd

We had a great time and the unit was very nice. Great communication with the property manager. Had a minor issue with check-in and the property manager and hotel manager dealt with it very well. I recommend staying here!

Host was very responsive during booking and pre arrival. The Terranea staff was great! This was our 4th stay in a Terranea Villa and I would put this as our least favorite Villa. The unit needs an upgrade. Carpet and furniture was very worn and stained.

Wonderful Villa with amazing views

We truly enjoyed our short trip at this beautiful Villa. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed all the amenities including the private hot tub and the outdoor fireplace. We saw the most amazing sunsets. Helen - Thank you for allowing us to stay at the Villa. It was a wonderful trip!

Wonderful Villa!

Our extended family of eight all enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated villa. We loved gathering on the patio to take in the view and watch the golfers go by. The hot tub was used everyday. The resort amenities are first class, and all of the staff were very friendly and responsive to any requests we made. We recommend choosing this villa for a stay at Terranea.

Amazing property! Amazing views! Amazing staff! We stayed in a large 3 br villa overlooking the golf course and ocean. Amazing! Unit showed minor wear and tear but nothing major.

The Villas at Terrenea

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting! The villa was immaculate and beautifully decorated, communication with Helen outstanding, and had the added benefit of the use of Terrenea Resort. The villa’s private patio jacuzzi was perfect for a long soak after an epic Disneyland day!
