Located in Régusse, Villa La Bignone offers a comfortable 120 m² space for up to 8 guests. You will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for your group. The fourth bedroom is in a separate studio. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a multifunction oven (oven and microwave), stovetop, blender, and complete dishes and cutlery. Basic condiments (oil, salt, pepper) are provided. A plancha is also available, useful if barbecue use is restricted due to fire risk. The covered terrace provides extra space, perfect for preparing meals for larger groups. Wi-Fi, television, and a washing machine are included for your comfort.



Enjoy the private outdoor pool and covered terrace, perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors. The private garden offers additional outdoor space, and an outdoor shower is available for cooling off after swimming.



The property provides 3 shared on-site parking spaces. Pets are welcome during your stay, but events are not allowed on the property.

Descriptif pas du tout conforme à la réalité.Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison très sale (miettes de pain partout dans la cuisine, fourmis). Les serviettes de toilette étaient fournies mais nous n’en avions que 3 à l’arrivée, pour 8 personnes.Il y a une énorme fissure dans le mur entre la salle à manger et la cuisine, pas rassurante. Les chaises étaient cassées, le parasol également, il n’y avait pas d’eau à l’extérieur alors que c’était prévu dans l’annonce. Le pire était le tour de la piscine, en bois, complètement abîmé, avec des clous et vis qui dépassaient, très dangereux pour les enfants. Nous avons passé les premières 48h à échanger avec Abritel, à récurer la maison, et graisser toutes les portes et volets (car il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir une porte ou un volet sans réveiller toute la maison). A force de plaintes, nous avons été équipés dans la semaine de chaises extérieures, de parasols, et de 3 serviettes de toilette de plus.Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement. La maison est très mal équipée et nécessite rénovation. De plus elle est dangereuse.

Villa entouree de verdure et tres calme Accueil et organisation exceptionnels de Lionel , proprete irréprochable grace à Alizée, malheureusement la maison a vraiment besoin de rénovation Salles de bain anciennes et basiques , literie du studio à revoir , volets à renover et fenetres à lasurerUne des chambres à 2 lits n'est pas adaptée aux adultes, lit de 75cm Belle terrasse avec plancha , un plus !
