Villa Perla Nera – Tranquil Oasis in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote



This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with a private pool and mountain views is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Playa Blanca. The villa is just a 20-minute walk or a 4-minute drive to the city beach or Marina Rubicón’s bars and restaurants.



The villa features a sun terrace, a saltwater pool (6×4m, maximum depth 1.7m, heated from mid-October to the end of April), a poolside shower, BBQ, fiber internet, a smart flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine.



Two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer privacy—one is on the lower level with a private patio.



Please note that the villa is intended for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, and is not suitable for 4 adults.



Air conditioning is available from mid-May to mid-September, and the house is equipped with excellent shading and window screens.



Guests have access to private parking, as well as easy and safe street parking. A security system with an alarm and cameras provides peace of mind.



Self check-in instructions are provided in advance. If any issue is noticed upon arrival, guests are kindly asked to share a photo with the host for prompt resolution.



The villa is not part of a complex, ensuring peace and privacy. Bus and taxi options from the airport are available, and the Playa Blanca port, with ferries to Fuerteventura, is just 5 minutes away by car.
