Make your life easier in this peaceful holiday home, located in a very quiet residential area, just 3 minutes from the center of Saumur. You will enjoy both the comfort of a relaxing environment and the proximity to all amenities.



This accommodation, ideal for a tourist or business stay, consists of:

- 1 sofa bed in the living area.



The tree-filled garden offers you a real haven of peace in the city, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work.



IMPORTANT: The accommodation is located in a private courtyard, in a calm and secure environment. A second independent accommodation is also present on site, but each benefits from its own private access and privacy. The owners also live on site and remain available if you need help or information during your stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Très mauvais séjour, logement qui présente de nombreux désagréments. Moisissures, four encrassé, fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte laissant passée de la végétation du jardin non entretenue. Installation électrique dangereuse. Pas de canapé mais un simple lit avec coussin contre le mur. Stationnement dans la rue difficile car logement situé en plein centre ville de Saumur.Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement
