Enjoy your private garden, balcony, covered and uncovered terraces, as well as a spacious private rooftop terrace with a dining area, lounge furniture, sun beds, and a grill, all offering mountain and sea views. The shared outdoor pool, including a children's pool, is open year-round, and guests have access to a shared gym during their stay.



Private parking is available for one car, with additional free street parking nearby. Events are not permitted. The property is situated in a residential area directly opposite the castle in Fuengirola, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and within a 10-minute walk to the Miramar shopping center.



At least one guest must be over 25 years old, and parties or loud music are not allowed. Electricity is charged according to meter usage, with a deposit required upon arrival and the remaining balance refunded upon departure based on actual consumption. A welcome book with all necessary information will be provided at the property.
