The 36-square-meter holiday apartment B18 is located on the ground floor of the Deichgraf-Burhave apartment complex and is equipped to accommodate up to 3 people. It features a living/dining room with a TV, dining table, and a sofa bed for the third person, as well as a separate kitchen equipped with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, and plenty of dishes. The apartment also features a separate bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It also has a lovely balcony, which is accessible from the living/dining room and furnished with a table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. Pets are not allowed.



The Deichgraf-Burhave apartment complex is centrally located in Burhave. Restaurants and shopping options are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance; Burhave Beach is approximately 1.3 km from the complex.
Right in the residential complex, you’ll find a 16 × 8 m indoor pool—ideal for a relaxing swim or a quick dip in between activities. With a water depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.30 m and a pleasant temperature of 27.5 °C, it’s perfect for anyone looking to combine exercise with relaxation.
For those seeking warmth and tranquility after an active day, the indoor pool features a cosy sauna right on site.
Each apartment has its own parking space located directly at the residential complex.



On-site costs: Final cleaning and utility costs are included in the price. A linens package (bed linens, 1 bath towel, and 3 regular towels) can be rented for €20.00 per person; bed linens alone can be rented for €10.00 per person werden.In n some apartments, one dog is allowed (see individual apartment descriptions). Use of the swimming pool belonging to the residential complex is free of charge; use of the sauna is subject to a fee and requires a prior reservation. The price is €8.50 per person for 120 minutes.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
