Sleeping 6-8 comfortably, there are three welcoming bedrooms, one King and two Queens and a truly comfortable (no kidding!) sofa that converts to a queen pull out bed. The relaxing bedrooms are all furnished with new pillow top mattresses, 800 TC sheets and piles of pillows. The house also features two fully remodeled bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub to relax in after a day of exciting adventures and two standing showers. A large capacity front loading washer and dryer allow you to head home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.

The kitchen is also completely remodeled with hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances so that you can cook up a gourmet meal or make some drinks and appetizers before you strike out to explore Fort Collins’ many excellent restaurants only blocks away. A breakfast bar as well as a long window seat makes this house perfect for get togethers where everyone congregates in the kitchen! The dining room has a large table that seats 8-10.

If you prefer relaxing at home, the living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a 60” flat screen TV, blu-ray/dvd player, Nintendo Wii, movie and music selections, as well as board games, books and high speed WiFi.

There are two lower level apartments with year-round professional tenants. Those apartments have their own separate entrance access facing Mountain Ave and on Street parking in front.

Fort Collins is known for loving dogs and this house is no exception!
Well behaved adult dogs are allowed with prior approval and an additional
non-refundable deposit.

Our Old Town Fort Collins neighborhood features wide sidewalks, Mature trees and Landscaping, fun neighbors and friendly outdoorsy, furry friend walking kind of people. We are close to Lee Martinez Park, just down Sherwood St. Poudre Bike Trail and the Poudre River are just a mile bike ride away. City Park is just to the West right down Mountain Ave, the City Park 9 golf course and City Park Pool. Downtown Discovery Museum, Kayak water park, Azlan Center, Bike Library, as well as Mulberry Pool, Lincoln Center Fort Collins Library, museum and Park. Also everything CSU is in very close proximity !
