Nestled between the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord and the lively marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this modern ground-floor holiday apartment delights guests with its dreamlike location, all-day sun on the spacious south-facing terrace, and a magnificent view across the water and the marina. Just under 10 metres from the water, the terrace not only invites you to relax and sunbathe but also offers a prime spot for atmospheric evenings with a glass of wine—with a view of the bustling activity of the boats in the harbour and the sunset over the water.
Inside, you’ll find stylish comfort with high-quality amenities and great attention to detail. An infrared sauna with LED colour light therapy and a sound system, as well as a whirlpool tub, provide soothing wellness moments—ideal after a long walk on the beach or an active day in the fresh Baltic Sea air. The open-concept living and dining area impresses with its maritime flair, a fully equipped kitchen, and large panoramic windows that offer a view of the marina—perfect for social evenings or a leisurely breakfast with a view of the water.
Two cosy bedrooms each offer direct access to the second terrace and provide quiet retreats for reading, daydreaming, and sleeping in. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, heated floors, and modern entertainment technology guarantee comfort and entertainment—even on quieter days or during the cooler months.
A private parking space and a lockable bike shed are available right in front of the house—ideal for anyone who wants to explore the area by bike or store their e-bike safely. The Pamir holiday rental is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, right on the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, in close proximity to the water. A swimming beach is just 300 metres from the house. The living room and terrace offer direct views of the water.
The scenic surroundings are perfect for long walks and bike rides along the water as well as through fields and meadows.
The town of Kappeln, with its diverse selection of restaurants and numerous small shops, is just 5 km away.
Note: Our holiday rental is located in the OstseeResort Olpenitz—this new holiday resort is currently still under construction and expansion, so construction activity on the grounds is to be expected. The travel prices have already been adjusted to reflect this.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
During peak season and on holidays, there is a minimum stay of 7 nights; during the off-season, the minimum stay is 4 nights.

The mandatory final cleaning service is already automatically included in the total price for the requested stay via our price calculator.


Optional linen packages can be added for €22.00. One laundry package per person includes 1 set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 hand towels, and 1 sauna towel, as well as 1 shower mat and 2 tea towels per stay. Alternatively, you may bring your own linens. Linen can be changed on-site upon request for €15.00 per person.
