As soon as you enter, the bright, spacious entryway with a coat rack and shoe rack welcomes you. It immediately gives you a sense of having arrived—as if you were stepping right into your own home.

From here, the heart of the apartment opens up: the light-filled living room. Sunlight streams in through the large windows, swimming the room in a warm, inviting atmosphere. A cosy sleeper sofa is perfect for relaxing film nights and can be converted into two additional sleeping spots when needed. Right next to it is the dining area, which seats four—perfect for shared meals or fun game nights.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to treat yourself to culinary delights—whether it’s a quick breakfast or a lovingly prepared dinner.

The bedroom, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed, ensures restful nights. Two dressers and a portable clothes rack provide ample storage space, so you’ll feel completely at home even during longer stays.

The modern, tiled bathroom with a shower is bright and practical—a place for your morning refreshment and relaxing evening routines.

A special highlight is the balcony: Here you can relax in a quiet setting, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind—your personal retreat surrounded by nature.

“Grüne Auszeit am Park” impresses not only with its amenities but also with its location: centrally located yet surrounded by nature. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the idyllic spa park as well as city centre Wilhelmshaven with its wide range of activities. The rehabilitation clinic is also very close by. For cycling enthusiasts, there’s a bike rack in the courtyard—perfect for exploring the area on two wheels. Public parking is available across the street from the accommodation.

Whether you’re travelling as a couple, with family, or with friends—the “Grüne Auszeit am Park” accommodates up to 4 people and is a place where you’ll feel right at home.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 tea towels.

The municipal visitor’s tax (tourist tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The visitor’s tax is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
