Our Sunset Bay Condominium Association requires renters to fill in an application form and fee of $100. As per our condominium associations rules, we are only permitted to rent our unit for a minimum of one month. We permit smoking on our lanais only. We have a regular cleaning lady who will clean the unit after your stay at a rate of $120.00
