The holiday rental is located in the idyllic village of Niedergurig, north of the 1,000-year-old city of Bautzen, surrounded by picturesque heathland and ponds that are perfect for long walks and bike rides. The house features two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a large living room, a spacious garden with a playground and a barbecue area, and a sunroom. A parking space for your car is located directly in front of the property. The apartment is non-smoking and family-friendly; a cot and high chair are provided.



Holiday rental with garden and barbecue area:

This cosy, well-furnished holiday rental offers plenty of space for up to 5 people in its approximately 54 m² and is therefore ideal for families. The spacious living room with a fireplace, TV, and radio is perfect for relaxing, while the fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven is ideal for cooking together. The bathroom features a shower and toilet.
The two bedrooms are practically laid out: a cosy double bedroom and another room with a pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 people and an additional single bed—perfect for children or friends travelling with you.
A special highlight is the bright sunroom, where you can sit comfortably and enjoy the view in any season. In addition, the garden with its playground is perfect for playing and relaxing. Barbecue facilities round out the amenities and ensure convivial evenings outdoors.



On-site fees: Payment is due on site or as individually arranged. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in and Check-out Times Check-in is available daily between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please check out by 10:00 AM at the latest. ⏰ Custom Times Different check-in or check-out times are possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance if you would like different times. Key Pickup Keys are handed over in person on-site or via our KeySave service. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €5.00 per pet per night.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Die war groß, gut möbliert, sehr bequem und die befindet sich im Keller, was bei heutiger Sommerhitze perfekt ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Daneben sind viele Seen mit kleinen gemütlichen Stränden, natürlich Bautzen selbst mit wunderschönen Türmen. Wir sind begeistert und können echt die Ferienwohnung weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen.Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist somit während der heißen Sommerzeit angenehm kühl. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nur Ruhe. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
