Fully furnished 2-room holiday apartment on the ground floor, accommodating up to five guests: living area, modern fitted kitchen with all key appliances incl. dishwasher, bathroom with shower and separate bedroom. Renovated, freshly painted and newly furnished in December 2025 – box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) with comfort topper, sofa bed (160 cm) and new seating. Highlight: the large, sunny terrace. Folding bed (80 × 200 cm) available on request for a child or extra guest.
