The terraced mountain garden behind the house is unique and beautiful, with several seating areas, a garden hut, and barbecue facilities.

In just a few minutes' walk, you'll reach the town center with its many shops, pubs, and restaurants—as well as the magnificent Upland countryside with its diverse landscapes. At the upper end of the garden, you'll reach the forest and the Orenberg hiking trail.

The mountain garden is available to guests during the warmer months from April to the end of October – except for the gazebo. This can be used by guests/smokers year-round.

ATTENTION - Important information for clubs!!! As a precautionary measure, we would like to point out the party tourism in Willingen. We value sophisticated guests and do not welcome or tolerate excessive socializing – such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations – on the terrace, balcony, or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants, but behave appropriately and be considerate of the neighbors inside, you are welcome guests. We ask for an objective self-assessment as to whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to observe Section 12 of our ! No rental to pure party clubs, stag or hen parties, 'social' sports clubs, or twenty-something groups under 30 years of age!

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (ready made beds), towels, and final cleaning.

Please be sure to consider the following: Notes:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays, as we don't want to "break up" busy weekends. Therefore, please arrive on Friday or Sunday instead of Saturday if possible.

For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. For Sunday-Sunday bookings, we cannot offer discounts, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage premium for Sunday and public holiday work. This means: For Sunday-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night stated for the respective season x7, even though a discount may be calculated in the price calculator.

Other exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski jumping: Arrival only possible Thursdays/Fridays (no arrival on Saturdays).
Carnival: Arrival only possible Thursdays/Fridays (not Saturdays, Sundays, or Shrove Monday).
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only with bookings of 9 nights possible),
Easter: No arrival on Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday possible
Easter: No departure on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday possible.
Whitsun: Arrival Thursday/Friday (Arrival on Whitsun Saturday is only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Whitsun: No arrival/departure on Whitsun Sunday possible!
Christmas holidays: No departure on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and New Year's Day possible.

You will receive the binding total price from us with your inquiry or booking via email. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract upon receipt of the reservation confirmation if you do not agree to the final price.

A tourist tax of currently €3 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) is added to all prices.

Deposit & Payment Conditions:
A general deposit of €200 is charged for this property.
Please transfer the deposit by 14 days prior to arrival, along with the remaining balance, and will be refunded within seven to ten business days after departure.
