Phoenix West II is a great beach front resort in Orange Beach, AL! This large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Gulf front luxury condo is located on the eastern corner on the 28th floor. Enjoy breathtaking views of the crystal blue waters and white, sandy beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast from the 750 square foot Gulf-facing balcony.

All 4 bedrooms offer spectacular views towards the east. Floor to ceiling windows give the opportunity to watch the waves roll in from the dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, flat screen TV's in every bedroom, as well as the living room, satellite cable service and lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 750 square foot corner balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more!

Wonderful condo!

The condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Wonderful views, great pool area for kids and we also enjoyed the adult only pool. It was very clean and when we had an issue, it was addressed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

This is our second year staying at one of the Brett-Robinson properties in Orange Beach for Hangout Festival. The views, cleanliness, and overall experience are worth every penny. It's very close to downtown and has private beach access with little cubbies to leave your shoes if you choose to walk on the sand. Definitely bang for your buck with a lot of space for having a big group.

Great place for large family

We had a great time over Thanksgiving. The space was large enough for our three families. The kitchen just had some basics, so we ended up running to Dollar General for more measuring utensils. It wasn't anything that would keep us from returning. The couch also needs to be replaced. Again, nothing that would cause me to give it a lower rating. It was overall a beautiful space.

We will be back.

Our new vacation spot. Our condo was big and roomy space for everyone. Adults and k8ds all loved it. A little for everyone. Beautiful large deck to sit and enjoy the view. Only complaint is smoking areas are way off. So depending 8f you are a smoker or not if this is a plus or a minus. Also must pay for parking passes on top of condo rental. So plan for that. 35.00 a vehicle and only allowed two per a condo. We rented a large condo sleeping 14 could not put 14 in two vehicles so we had to rent a second smaller condo, public parking is quiet a ways away and 25.00 a day. But it is a beautiful place at the Phoenix West 2. We really did not want to leave.

Good layout but needs updating

We had a large group with us at this property. Seven adults and six children. The condo was spacious and fairly well equipped. However, we found the condition of the furniture to be substandard for the price that we were paying per night. As an example, the large couch was cracked and peeling. I would also suggest as we were cooking quite a bit to invest in some good nonstick cookware. While we used our own paper plates and cups, we would’ve had a problem with the number of plates and bowls provided for a four bedroom unit. I would also have the dryer checked as it took up to 2 1/2 hours to dry a load of towels. Overall the condo was spacious and clean and an excellent location. We had a good time, but we would not return to that particular unit.

The property is like a resort, there is something for everyone to do. It is large, parking deck is crowded. The unit was clean, enough beds for everyone. The chairs around both tables and coffee table were rickety and one chair was broken. Kitchen has all necessities but could have better quality of items. Overall I would recommend.

The property is nice and fairly well kept. The condo on the other hand was surface clean at best. Floor was filty, feet would turn black when bare foot. Dried up food on the couches and dining room table. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing but filthy! We contacted the property management. Cleaning lady returned and actually made the windows worse, but did clean the food off of the tables and couches. Dust on everything, private parts of the human body drawn in the dust on shelves. Broken living room table, towel bars, leaking faucets, broken trim on the oven. Table was fixed. We lived with everything else.Condo was very spacious and the balcony is amazing. With a deep clean and a coat of paint this condo would be perfect.One thing not mentioned in any of the reviews is the lack of anything in the condo, not a single salt or pepper shaker, not one bucket or sand toy anywhere. Not that its needed but it is the first of many condos rented that didn't have ANYTHING extra. Not even a broom to sweep up sand that naturally acquires over a weeks time at the beach. Over all its a nice complex, pools are nice, beach access was good. Elevators can be a pain but weren't to bad. Condo is large and the beds and furniture are comfortable. Balcony has nice furniture. Again, paint and a deep clean would make this place a solid 9. I give it a low 7 during our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing family trip

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Had all things we needed for cooking and eating, as well as extra blankets and pillows. LOTS of room. View from balcony was exceptional. Only thing that I was disappointed about was that the pictures of the condo showed a large sectional in the living area and it was not there. Everything else was perfect.

Church youth trip

We went to the beach for a church youth retreat and the condo was perfect. All the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The elevators took us quickly to our floor and parking was no problem. Great communication with the rental agent. We had NO problems. Will stay there again next year!

Quick getaway

Unit could have been cleaner. Living room sofa needs to be replaced. Blender smelt like it was about to catch fire, so only used once. Chairs around bartop table had parts missing at bottom and considered unsafe. Amenities were great and security was what you would expect.

We loved the balcony! The views were outstanding. The large open living area was perfect for our three-generation vacation. The master jetted tub was just what we needed to round out the experience. Beautiful beach, wonderful area, perfect location! Plenty of dishes for our group of eight. Perfect amount of bathrooms. Loved that we had access to many closets and a huge pantry! Don't forget your keurig pods and/or regular coffee. You have options. We all loved having plenty of ice! Plenty of SECURE parking. Never waited for an available elevator. Front desk friendly. Plenty of available carts to transport your belongings. I look forward to coming back to this condo again. If you love being able to see forever out over the ocean, you will not be disappointed!
