Our Holiday Home 1 offers an attractive holiday apartment for 5 people. The house features one bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and another bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and a 90x200 cm single bed, both located on the upper floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet and offers plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.

Please remember to bring your own bed linens and towels, as these are not provided.

In the living-dining area on the ground floor, you’ll find amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a cosy sleeper sofa where you can accommodate a temporary guest. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and various kitchen appliances. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, is also located on the ground floor.

Outside, there is a parking space and a patio with patio furniture, offering you the perfect spot to relax. Of course, there’s plenty of room for fun. Enjoy the garden, have a barbecue, or close your eyes for a few moments in the cosy beach chair. And best of all: Your furry family members are welcome, too! 🐶

Dat Huus offers unobstructed views of the countryside from the front and the swimming lake from the back. It’s also located on a dead-end street with direct access to the lake.

Just 5 minutes from the house, the idyllic Tanenhausen swimming lake awaits you with free access to the beach—the perfect place to simply unwind. Whether you want to relax while sunbathing on the fine sand, swimming in the clear water, or enjoying a cool drink at the beach bar—there’s a favourite spot for everyone here. There’s also something to satisfy nearly every culinary taste.
For active holidaymakers, the surrounding area offers plenty of variety: a modern wakeboarding facility, a water park for all ages, and rentals of pedal boats and stand-up paddleboards ensure fun and activity on the water. If you’d like to bring your dog along, visit the nearby dog-friendly beach.

The price of 55 euros applies to the first two people. Each additional person pays 10 euros per night, and your four-legged friend pays just 5 euros per night. The cost for final cleaning is 40 euros.

In Aurich, you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. If you’re drawn to the beautiful North Sea for a day or two, the towns of Norden and Norddeich and the East Frisian Islands are also not far away. Please note that there is no tourist tax in Aurich.
