From the large garden, you have direct access to the Ems-Jade Canal. You can either sit on the covered patio or, if it’s not too warm, enjoy the day and evening in the sunroom. The garden is furnished with outdoor furniture and a grill. If you’re lucky, the apples on our apple tree will be ripe. With a fishing licence, you can fish in the canal. Unfortunately, swimming is not permitted. Smoking and bringing pets are not allowed in our house. Our house is equipped with a wallbox. It can be used free of charge during the day.
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.



Fuchs & Hase Holiday Home:

The 105-square-meter holiday home has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a living room. It spans the ground floor and the ground floor. Towels and bed linens can be rented on-site for €16, but this must be requested at the time of booking. In our spacious kitchen-living room, you’ll find various extras in addition to the standard amenities, such as: a Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, tea towels, blender, high chair, and, of course, a must-have: an East Frisian tea set. The living room features a TV and a cosy sofa. A small collection of games and books is also available. There are 4 bedrooms in total. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m) and a large closet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a single bed and a closet, as well as a room with a sleeper sofa and its own bathroom. Depending on occupancy, this room can be used as a third bedroom or as a living area. A travel cot is available upon request. There is a bathroom with a toilet, shower, or bathtub on both the ground floor and the upper floor. The laundry room leads directly to the garden. It contains the freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted in our house.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
