The cosy and functional apartment 12-3 "Erika" is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday complex, just about 250 metres from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. This means you can reach the coast in just a few minutes on foot and enjoy the perfect setting for a relaxing beach holiday or leisurely walks along the promenade.

With a living area of 55 m², the apartment can accommodate up to four people, making it particularly suitable for couples or families. The open floor plan connects the living room to an inviting dining area, making it easy to cook together and enjoy cosy evenings. A comfortable sofa area with an armchair and TV (cable connection, CD player, and radio available) invites you to unwind after a day at the beach. The vinyl flooring in the living room and bedroom not only creates a harmonious look but is also easy to clean.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, so the apartment can easily accommodate up to four guests. Families will appreciate the child-friendly amenities—a cot and a high chair are provided, as well as access to a playground in the holiday village.

The open-concept kitchen, which flows into the living room, is fully equipped: You’ll find a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, a coffee maker, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils and cutlery. The adjacent dining area with a dining table complements the harmonious layout of the space.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, a toilet, a sink with a mirror, and a hair dryer. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use (in the basement) and make longer stays more convenient, as do the clothes rack and vacuum cleaner, which are included in the amenities.

The private terrace offers you the chance to relax outdoors. Garden furniture and a parasol invite you to enjoy breakfast outdoors or spend time socialising. A private parking space is reserved for you right next to the apartment. The apartment is completely smoke-free and equipped with smoke detectors.

Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge. Children are welcome, but pets are not allowed. The windows in the bedroom and the patio door are equipped with insect screens. All windows can be blacked out.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with a terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
