Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 x 180 cm bed, closets, and a bathroom with bathtub. Located on the third and top floor, on the corner, the apartment is quiet and offers sea and Goyen estuary views. Entry is through the main entrance of the residence, which has an elevator to the duplex on the third floor. Please note, the bedroom is accessed by stairs. The key box is next to the duplex door.
