Welcome to Ô Pré de Beauregard, our 4-star gîte certified by Atout France, located in Brûlon, Sarthe, in a peaceful, green setting with lovely views of the countryside and village.



This 175 m² house accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and comfortable, it’s perfect for family getaways, trips with friends, business stays, or a relaxing break in the countryside.



You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living area, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and workspace. A baby bed and high chair are also available.



Outside, make the most of the garden, terrace with outdoor furniture, and barbecue—ideal for meals or relaxing in peace. The grounds are fenced, and parking is available on the property.



To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary access to part of the barn with a ping-pong table and outdoor games. Please respect the premises and equipment provided. The barn remains a property outbuilding accessible to the owners.



Just 800 m away (a 10 to 15-minute walk), the Brûlon leisure center offers plenty for all ages: a lake with beach, playground, water activities, canoeing, windsurfing, mountain biking trails, bike rentals, and more, depending on the season.



Ô Pré de Beauregard is a great base for discovering Brûlon, the Sarthe Valley, and the surrounding area while enjoying a peaceful stay at your own pace.

Excellemment logement, au calme, propre et la communication très facile, en revanche, pas le moindre ventilateur pour une réservation en juillet.. à ce prix là c’est quand même dommage. La séjour a était plus qu’éprouvant à cause des températures.
