This spacious 120 m² holiday rental is located in the main building and occupies the entire top floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people and features comfortable amenities that leave nothing to be desired.

The large living room is furnished with a cosy sofa set, satellite TV, a stereo system, and a large flat-screen TV—ideal for evenings spent together. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and other kitchen accessories. The large dining table comfortably seats the whole family or a larger group of travellers.

Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (200 × 200 cm, separate mattresses), ensure a restful night’s sleep. In addition, there are four more sleeping spots in the two converted attic spaces (90 × 200 cm, with two mattresses side by side in each). These areas are accessible via a ladder; the ceiling height there is approximately 1.40 m, making them particularly suitable for children or teenagers.

The bright bathroom features a shower and a bathtub. An additional guest bathroom offers further convenience.


Captain’s Cabin – our highlight for your holiday

Our largest and most luxurious holiday rental leaves nothing to be desired: Spanning 120 m² across the entire top floor of the main house, it offers plenty of space for up to 8 people to feel right at home.

The large living area, featuring a cosy sofa set, satellite TV, stereo system, and a large TV, invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The open kitchen, equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle, is integrated directly into the living area. The entire family—or a larger group of friends—can comfortably gather around the spacious breakfast table.

Two separate bedrooms with double beds (200x200 cm; separate mattresses) ensure a restful night’s sleep. Four additional sleeping spots (90x200 cm, with two mattresses side by side in each) are located in the two converted attic spaces, which are accessible via a ladder (Note: Ceiling height there is approx. 1.40 m).

The light-filled bathroom with a shower and bathtub offers plenty of space for relaxation. A guest bathroom is also available. 

We’ve thought of everything for the outdoor area as well: Here you’ll find cosy seating and a fire pit that you can use both as a grill and as a source of warmth on cooler evenings. A note about your four-legged friends: Pets are very welcome here! To ensure that all guests—whether on two or four legs—feel completely comfortable and safe, we ask that you keep dogs on a leash throughout the entire property.

Enjoy your holiday in our 3 lovingly designed holiday apartments, which are quietly situated in the main house on our property in Freest, just about 200 metres from the Freest harbour and beach.

Outside, you’ll find cosy seating areas and a grill, so you can spend plenty of time together outdoors.

The three holiday apartments in the main house accommodate 4 or 8 people and offer modern comforts, including free Wi-Fi, of course.

Dogs are very welcome here
Please note, however, that only one dog is allowed per unit. If you plan to bring an additional dog, please let us know in advance, as there will be an additional charge.

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable here—including those without dogs—we ask that dogs be kept on a leash throughout the entire property. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Leisure & Surroundings

In the idyllic fishing village of Freest, you’ll find peace and relaxation surrounded by water, forests, and meadows. This tranquil coastal village is known for its fishing harbour, fresh smoked fish, and the annual Freest Fishermen’s Festival.

Active holidaymakers will also find plenty to do here: whether it’s water sports, sailing, fishing, surfing, hiking, or biking, the region offers numerous opportunities.

For day trips, it’s worth visiting the nearby cities of Peenemünde, Stralsund, and Greifswald, or the island of Usedom. You can also take passenger ferries to the islands of Rügen, Ruden, or the Greifswalder Oie—perfect for a varied holiday.
